Add the sesame rice crackers to the platter or to a separate bowl when ready to serve.
Can I make the dip in advance?
Yes the dip is best made in advance as once it’s refrigerated for 2 hours or up to overnight the flavours meld and the dip tastes better. It will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dip is not recommended for freezing. The vegetables are best cut up the same day they are needed and can be refrigerated for a few hours.
How many does this dip serve?
This recipe makes 1 cup of dip which is sufficient for a vegetable platter that serves about 6 – 8 people. Depending on the size of veggie platter you require, you may need to double the dip recipe and include more vegetables on the platter.
